Our Mission

Everett Montessori Academy provides an environment for individualized learning that fosters independent creative thinkers, encourages curiosity, and cultivates a strong moral and ethical breadth.
We are focused on honing in on the student’s best way of learning to ensure their greatest success. In a sense, it is almost like getting private tutoring in a social setting. The children are in a blended-age classroom so that they not only learn from the teacher, but from each other. This also provides an opportunity for students to teach to their peers. This fosters an inclusive environment with teamwork and a sense of community at its core.

What is montessori?

The Montessori Method fosters rigorous, self-motivated growth for Students and adolescents in all areas of their development—cognitive, emotional, social, and physical.

Montessori education is a student-led, self-paced learning environment, combined with assessment and enrichment from knowledgeable and caring teachers. The practice of Montessori in the classroom fosters leadership among peers in a nurturing and engaging classroom community.

Why choose Everett Montessori Academy?

We pick-up where most other Montessori schools finish by offering secondary education, 6th thru 12th grade. We are a parent/teacher run and operated school where we place the needs of the students above all else. We are able to provide your child with the ideal class size of 25 students or less with two certificated teachers. This is something no public school could ever offer. Our teachers thrive on the success of each student by creating the ideal environment for your child to thrive as an individual.
